コア ボックスには、長編映画ボックスの 1 つと組み合わせると、ゲームをプレイするために必要なものがすべて揃っています。各長編映画ボックスには、ユニークなキラーと象徴的なロケーションが含まれており、長編映画が増えれば増えるほど、より多くのキラーとロケーションの組み合わせを体験できるようになります。
ゲーム的に言えば、『ファイナル ガール』は『人質交渉人』と類似点がありますが、位置やキャラクターの動きを追跡するゲームボードなど、ゲームボードを大きく変える重要な違いがいくつかあります。プレイする相手を選択する場合は複数のキャラクターから選択でき、対戦する相手を選択する場合は複数のキラーから選択できます。殺人者と場所にはそれぞれ固有の恐怖カードがあり、それらをシャッフルして、さまざまなシナリオを組み合わせてプレイすることでユニークな体験を生み出します。
