The Return Process
- Customer contacts us via hello@fabledgames.com.au and requests a return.
- If all the appropriate conditions listed in this policy below are compliant with receiving a return/refund, then Fabled Games will initiate a return. Please note that we DO NOT accept returns on Trading Card Game products.
- Once the product has been sent back by the customer. We will inspect the product to make sure it has retuned to us unsealed, un-damaged and un-used.
- Once we're satisfied that these conditions have been met, we will notify the customer that they must pay the shipping cost within 14 days of being notified or we will treat the items as abandoned.
- Once the shipping cost has been paid, we can issue either a refund, store credit or an exchange.
We have a 3-day return and refund policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Submit a Return Request
Please read our returns policy as some products are final sale items, such as TCG products.
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
1. Log in to your account
- In the "Email" field, enter your email address, then click "continue"
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter the six digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Submit request".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
1. Conditions
All returns and/or refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- We do not offer returns or refunds on TCG (Trading Card Game) Products including singles.
- You MUST have proof of purchase.
- The product must be returned in sealed, un-damaged and un-used condition.
- Return postage is covered by the customer.
Refunds provided do not include reimbursement of shipping already paid.
Return postage is to be paid by the customer within 14 days of the customer being notified, otherwise the items will be treated as abandoned.
2. Inventory Error
If an order has one or more items which are out of stock due to an inventory error, we will contact the buyer and give the buyer 3 days to respond. If no response is met, then we will refund the order in full.
3. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. A return will not be accepted for a change of mind.
Items with prices that fluctuate based on supply, demand, playability or ban lists may not be returned if any of these events are deemed to have effected the item's price between the time of purchase and return request.

4. Single Cards
Due to the fluctuating value of single cards, Fabled Games does not accept returns of single card purchases. There are two exceptions:
1. If you are not satisfied with the condition of the card(s) received, you have 24 hours from the time of delivery to contact Fabled Games. Upon receiving a return approval, you may return the item(s) in the same condition they were received. When Fabled Games has received the returned item(s), replacement items will be sent to you. In the event that a replacement can not be supplied, a full refund including any shipping costs will be issued.
2. If you receive an item(s) that you did not order, you have 48 hours from the time of delivery to contact hello@fabledgames.com.au. Upon receiving a return approval, you may return the item(s) in the same condition they were received. When fabled Games has received the returned item(s), replacement items will be sent to you + a refund for the cost of shipping to return the item(s). In the event that a replacement can not be supplied, a full refund including any shipping costs will be issued.
5. Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item is damaged, you have 48 hours to notify us from when you received it to be eligible for a full refund. Please show us an image
6. Received an Item you Didn't Order
If you received an item you didn't order please contact us and we will work quickly to resolve the issue. Failure to do so may result in your order not being fulfilled.
7. Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or opened, digital items, sale items or gift cards.
8. Sale Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Only non-sale items may be refunded/returned.
9. Change of Mind
We generally do not accept returns or refunds based on a change of mind. A change of mind includes anything that isn't listed in this policy that isn't related to the items condition or defectiveness of the item.
In the event of exceptional circumstances purely at our discretion, where a change of mind is accepted, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the full refund amount. Special order items may incur a fee of up to 20% from the full refund amount.
10. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
11. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
11.1. Refund Payments
- PayPal: Your refund will be credited into the same account your payment came from less 2.9% for associated fees charged to us by PayPal for order cancellation or "change of mind" - See number 9 above.
- Credit Card: Your refund will be credited into the bank account you designated. Please note funds make take a few business days to clear after refund confirmation.
- AfterPay and ZipPay: Your refund will be credited into the same account your payment came from less 6% for associated fees charged to us by AfterPay for order cancellation or "change of mind" - See number 9 above.
12. Product Availability
When a product has a national or international delay or the release date changes, then the new date provided by the manufacturer will be considered the new ETA date. If we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock issues, we will offer you an alternative or a full refund.
13. Warranties
All new products are sold with the supplier's limited warranties. The terms of the warranty vary depending upon the supplier and product. Please contact us for further details. Except to the extent required by law or to the extent otherwise specified, Fabled Games provides no separate warranty.
14. Disclaimer
We have tried our best to ensure our website is accurate however it is possible that an occasional error may occur. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for typographical errors, product changes, availability or price variations.
15. Discounts
Any order using a discount code will only be fulfilled if it's for a total order of more than $5 in total before discount. We reserve the right to cancel orders that do not abide by this and do not abuse the discount system Fabled Games provide. As stated in number 8, sale items, we don't accept refunds or returns on items that are on sale.
16. International Orders
In the event that a return/refund is accepted for international orders, a refund will only be issued after the item has been returned with a tracking number attached to the item. Please note that we do not accept refunds based on custom's charges (please refer to "We do not accept returns or refunds based on a change of mind."). In the event that items are returned to us, we will only issue a refund AFTER the package has been successfully returned to us with tracking provided.
Should the returned item incur any additional charges or fees for Fabled Games, this will be deducted from the refunded amounts total. It is the responsibility of the customer to understand their local duties and import laws and how it'll affect them.
