ジハード (リミテッドとして区別されることもあります) は、トレーディング カード ゲーム ジハードのオリジナルのカードのコア セットです。ゲームのデビュー直後、ゲーム名に対する批判により、パブリッシャーのウィザーズ・オブ・ザ・コーストは名前を「ヴァンパイア：ザ・エターナル・ストラグル」に変更することを余儀なくされた。この名前は、有益なことに、このゲームの知名度を向上させ、そのインスピレーションとなったロールプレイング ゲームとのブランド相乗効果をもたらした。ヴァンパイア：マスカレード。名前変更後、ジハード カード セットは名ばかりの Vampire: The Eternal Struggle コア セットに置き換えられました。 Jyhad 基本セットのほぼすべてのカードが V:TES 基本セットに再録されました。そうでなかったものは、最終的に後の V:TES 拡張で再録されましたが、チェーンソーのカードは例外で、これはジハード専用のままです。
