All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
All items shipped within Australia are shipped through Australia Post.

We use Australia Post for all of our orders. To track your package more accurately, make sure you have the Australia post App installed on your phone.
We have a 3-day return and refund policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We are full located on the internet for all of your magical needs! We do however offer local delivery for anyone in Adelaide who live within a 30 kilometer radius of our location.
You can check if you fall into this category at the checkout if you enter your shipping details and have atleast $30 worth of products in your cart.
